Krystal Phillips LMFT
Founder & CEO
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Approved Supervisor, and the Founder and CEO of Euthera, bringing over nine years of experience in trauma-informed clinical practice, relational healing, and clinical supervision. My work is grounded in evidence-based, culturally responsive, and attachment-informed approaches that prioritize safety, empowerment, and meaningful change. I specialize in complex trauma, relational dynamics, and the impact of interpersonal abuse, with a particular commitment to supporting individuals navigating narcissistic abuse, neurodiversity, and emotional dysregulation.

As an Approved Supervisor, I provide reflective, collaborative, and ethically grounded clinical supervision that fosters clinician growth, professional identity development, and competent, compassionate practice. I integrate trauma-informed frameworks with systemic and experiential models to support clinicians in deepening their clinical insight while maintaining strong professional boundaries and self-awareness.

As CEO of Euthera, I am dedicated to expanding access to innovative, group-based therapeutic services that promote healing, connection, and resilience. My leadership vision centers on creating scalable, high-quality clinical programs that bridge individual therapy, group work, and community-based support while maintaining clinical integrity and ethical excellence.
